Available Sources, Filters, and Triggers

Look up the valid sources, filters, and triggers for an alert type with GET /v1/events/subscriptions/{alertType}/resources. Set alertType to Observability or Notification. The response lists every valid source for that type. Each item has the source name and the filters it supports. Only Observability sources have triggers, and each trigger lists its argument names. Use it to build valid input values for Create an Alert.

Events and Delivery Status

Use these endpoints to see what an alert has processed and delivered. They require view access to all alerts. The {id} and {name} forms behave the same. OpenMetadata keeps these records for the retention period set in the Data Retention application. The default is 7 days.
